This ultra-premium, extra virgin olive oil originates from an old centenary orchard in the beautiful flat land at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, where Baron de Rothschild used to cultivate his olives. Nomads II olive oil has a sweet and delicate style. Its well balanced taste and texture is perfect for many culinary applications, such as salads, meat and fish dishes, as well as pasta. Our Moroccan olive oil is ideal for dipping, with your favorite bread. It may also be used for desserts, such as cakes and puddings. This oil is also delicious enough to drink as a health tonic, filled with polyphenals, and omegas which are considered cleansing and rejuvenating to the body for their anti-aging properties.
McEvoy EVOO
McEvoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil 375ml

Estate-grown and produced from select Italian olive varieties, this certified organic and certified extra virgin Traditional blend is a medium-bodied oil with aromas of fresh olive fruit, fresh cut grass and robust garden greens. Emerald at harvest and mellowing to a greenish gold, the flavors are richly complex with hints of artichoke and almond, a touch of savory bitterness and a mildly peppery finish.
Corral DeTierra Extra Virgin Olive Oil

800 olive trees adorn the Corral de Tierra estate of Tom Russell, owner of De Tierra Vineyards. These trees, made up  of six different varieties of Tuscan  olives: Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Canino, Leccino and Luca, are cultivated organically, using cover crops to  promote oil  improvement and organic  matter for fertilizer. The olives of  each healthy tree are  harvested by hand to protect the fruit, keeping each variety separate. Russell presses olives by variety, just once, at cold temperatures, using  an enormous imported Italian Pieraliti granite. Russell then blends the olive oil based on the  flavor profiles of each variety.

This oil is a brilliant golden color, clear to the eye. It has grassy, almost herbal notes on the  nose, with a lightly peppery finish. Sprinkle it over a freshly warmed baguette with a curl of Parmigianino-Reggiano, or mix it with OMG Balsamic for a simple lettuce dressing.
Agrumato Tangerine Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is not an infused or flavored oil. The true tangerine essence is acquired by milling tangerines and olives together on a traditional stone mill. It has the grassy and peppery flavors of a classic Tuscan olive oil with a bright fresh tangerine flavor which is perfect for salads, grilled vegetables or fresh sea scallops with just a sprinkling of fleur de sel.
